About Me
Deborah Kaminetzky is a triple certified, PMP, CSM, LSSGB project manager with a unique background.
She started off practicing law while also consistently staying involved in the technology field. Deborah has taught continuing education technology topics to lawyers and other professionals for years.
She pivoted to full time technology in 2019 having worked for a Microsoft Vendor on Microsoft’s Zero Touch Deployment/Autopilot as well as Bullhorn, a software company, managing software implementations ranging from data refreshes and migrations to onboarding and software integrations.
Deborah also has experience in the RFI and RFP process, having recently sourced vendors for a client for several projects.
Her experience as a mediator in the legal field makes her exceptionally qualified in communications whether it’s to respond to written matters or building consensus with stakeholders and global cross functioning teams. She is also exceptionally qualified to flag issues with projects such as compliance issues, risk issues and scope issues.
Deborah has managed software implementation projects for enterprise clients ranging from data refreshes to implementation of onboarding to software integrations. She has communicated regularly with senior leadership and external stakeholders - gathered feedback & set expectations for how the project fit within their business use case and user experience.
Deborah has tracked and monitored schedule, budget and value of each project as well as analyzed the risk and determined strategy to minimize impact to the project. She has collaborated and built consensus with global, cross-functional teams such as finance, product, engineering, sales, marketing and legal. She has driven continuous process improvement by holding regular retrospectives and contributing to in-house project delivery improvement process projects. In her roles at larger companies, she frequently received high marks on client satisfaction surveys (CSAT) of 10/10.
Deborah has managed hundreds of projects ranging from a duration of one month to one year. She has also helped and mentored teammates learn how to use various software to increase their productivity so that the overall project or client shines.

She can provide project management oversight to customers of technology partners or the partners themselves.
